New Withdraw Error message

Hello i get this error when i try to withdraw with my note:

Error Method saveEvents has error: Method getEventsFromCache has error: Method loadCachedEvents has error: Corrupted zip: can’t find end of central directory

What is the problem here ? i tried different browsers and different relayers
