Trying to withdraw 1 bnb but when making the transaction it returns an error "invalid root"

I am trying to withdraw my deposit after 24 hours, the note is correct, it appears that it is available, I have tried different relayers, but when I give withdraw it returns “invalid root”.

My tornado.cash ‘portal’ still shows the deposit as waiting receipt.

I can’t find anything related to that error on the internet.
