Can proposal be about raising awareness or other marketing related tasks?

My very biased opinion is that 1/ everyone in the blockchain industry knows about Tornado Cash. However, 2/ only few know about the progress done (that’s why I posted this, hopefully it gets picked up by search engines and community members)

Is it possible to submit proposals regarding marketing-related tasks and ask compensation for the work proposed ?

Yes. When/if the community fund multisig is setup, you can submit your work to what will probably be a monthly or twice-monthly thread where the community can weigh in with soft consensus about the value of your work and deserved compensation. Multisig holders will then be able to sign over a sum or TORN to you for your contributions
