It is unfair for the one who try to run the root updater cause he/she has to update everybody’s data and it cost a lot. Few people are willing to do it now.
I suggest to award the one who run the root updater more AP so that there is always someone to do the update.
The awarding AP can increase during the time until someone run the update.
It looks like no one has run a Merkle tree update for a long time. Where can I see these transactions?
